BRANDED BY NELLE’S BOOKING POLICY

There is a maximum of three revisions, and any additional revisions will be a fee of $7 per revision. All revisions will be completed within 24 hours.


The completed files will be sent through email in several formats —— PNG, JPG PDF, and Transparent. Please be sure to input the correct email when booking. 


The turnaround time for all services is 2-3 business days, but may be done sooner. Please note that the weekends are not considered business days.


There are NO refunds for any services, due to the nature of our items. Please read Refund Policy for more info.
