PAYMENT POLICY

All payments must be made through our website. If you are requesting an item that is currently not on our site, an invoice will be sent to your corresponding email. Alternatively, I will also accept the following forms of payment: Cash App, Apple Pay, and Zelle. 

A 50% down payment may be considered upon request.

All remaining unpaid balances will be due within 24 hours of your final approval of the services completed. Once the final payment is made, the project will be finalized and all files will be sent.

Afterpay Installments Are Accepted For Orders over $50 with 4 interest Free payments. You may select this option at checkout.

TURNAROUND TIMES

The turnaround time for all Graphic Design services is 2-3 business days, but may be done sooner. Please note that the weekends are not considered business days.

Turnaround time for all Website Services is 3-5 business days.

A $25 Rush Fee can be applied to our Graphic Design Services if needed. Please inform us before we start your project if you would like a rush fee.

Please be mindful of your turnaround time if you have an important deadline/event. Turnaround Time does start once All Proper Information Is Submitted Via Email. Once We Have All Proper Information, Your Turnaround Time Starts The Next Business Day.

COMMUNICATION

The customer and the designer must communicate in a timely manner at all times.

IIn the event that a customer fails to provide the necessary information to complete projects within 7 days, a $20 inconvienence fee will be applied to their project. The project cannot proceed unless this is paid.

ALL projects will be discontinued & the client will no longer be able to book if there has not been client-designer communication within 30 days.

DRAFTS/REVISIONS

There is a total of three complimentary revisions, and any additional revisions will be a fee of $10 per revision. All revisions will be completed within 24 hours.

All design drafts will be sent within 24 hours.

The completed files will be sent through email in several formats —— PNG, JPG PDF, and Transparent. Please be sure to input the correct email when booking. 

The client understands and agrees that once he/she has received their final copies for their design, that may can NOT ask for any additional changes. If they do so, you will be charged for the price of a new design. 

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Due to the nature of our services, Branded By Nelle does not offer or provide refunds. If you, (client), decide to cancel at your own discretion, you will forfeit your designs and therefore will not be refunded. Refunds will only be issued upon the graphic designer's discretion. By purchasing any of our services, you (client), are agreeing to this Refund Policy.
